Plan your visit School groups

School groups wishing to visit the Sansevero Chapel Museum must book online.
Bookings become available on our website two months in advance, allowing you to choose the day and time of the visit.
School groups of up to 33 students (including pupils and accompanying teachers) can book up to 7 days before the preferred date.

We offer school groups accompanied by a guide the option to rent group radio system. This allows everyone in the group to listen to the guide’s commentary while being mindful of the environment and other visitors. The set includes a transmitter for the guide, and receivers for each member of the group (students and teachers) at a cost of only €0.50 each.

Just show your ticket at the entrance to the Sansevero Chapel; there is no need to go to the ticket office.
School groups enter the Museum by joining the “Groups and Schools” queue.
Bookings are valid up to 15 minutes from the chosen time, after which entry cannot be guaranteed.
Under no circumstances may tickets be used on a date other than the one selected.

Schools payments may be made using one of the following methods:

– bank transfer (MyBank)

– credit card (on the Visa, Mastercard, American Express and UnionPay circuits)

- Google Pay

Once online purchases have been completed, they cannot be cancelled or modified in any way. Tickets purchased online cannot be refunded (Art. 59, section ‘n’ of Legislative Decree 206/2005, or “Consumer Code”).

Teachers accompanying school groups will be asked to show the list of pupils stamped and signed by the school principal on headed school notepaper. Tickets not accompanied by this document are invalid and cannot be refunded.
